Storm Tracker v4 provides users with debris and storm clean-up ticket tracking capabilities. In addition to handling tickets for vegetative hauling, stumps, leaners, and hangers, software also offers support for Construction and Demolition, Mulch Hauling, Push, and Grinding ticket types. Security features prevent entry of retroactive data, and Payment Module tracks items such as payments to subcontractors, hold back percentage, contracts, adjustments, and late tickets.

Visual Records Releases Storm Tracker, Version 4
Temecula, CA - August 4, 2006 - Visual Records has released Storm Tracker, Version 4. The debris and storm clean up ticket tracking software, which handled tickets for vegetative hauling, stumps, leaners and hangers, now includes four new ticket types: Construction & Demolition (C&D), Mulch Hauling, Push and Grinding. As a result of feedback from customers and industry experts, Storm Tracker, Version 4, was designed with these new enhancements, becoming a more complete tool to handle various debris and storm clean up projects.
The software program also allows users to add push descriptions and landfills as well as mulch hauling and push rates for both jobs and subcontractors. The latest version includes newly designed reports and contains the following enhancements:
· Additional fields allow users to enter more pertinent data for each ticket type.
· Improved layout and design of data entry windows speeds up data entry for users.
· Enhanced Security features prevent the entry of retroactive data, ensuring that prior invoice and payrolls remain static.
A new module that is scheduled for completion at the end of this year is Storm Tracker's Payment Module, which tracks such items as payments to subcontractors, hold back percentage, contracts, adjustments and late tickets. The module will produce a report suitable for sending to a payroll service and will have all the information needed to pay subcontractors. In the event that there are any questions or discrepancies, the Payroll Module will be able to produce a backup report for a payroll period, even months later.
