Computershare World Records Launches Application for Board & Committee Meeting Preparation
Provides Essential Tools for Effective Communication of Critical Information
SHELTON, Conn., March 15 / -- Computershare World Records has launched the new D&O BoardPrep application, a Web-based system designed to improve communication, distribute critical materials, and manage board and committee meeting details for directors and officers of corporate enterprises.
This application is a real-time vehicle for directors and officers to exchange ideas with other invitees in advance of a meeting, send comments, approvals, or consents, and react to last-minute changes through a secure portal. With easy, intuitive navigation, the application provides access to confidential meeting materials such as agendas and previous board minutes anytime from anywhere in the world via the Internet.
Key application functionality enables those who have commented on the meeting or a document to send notices of their changes to other attendees. In addition, it keeps historical records of relevant information in an auditable archive.
The D&O BoardPrep product can be easily integrated into the World Records(R) application. In this way, the product can share critical data about directors and officers in the World Records database and take advantage of the document management, director & officer information, calendar, and other relevant functions in the main system.
