eBRIDGE Software Announces Release of Universal Integration Engine
BURLINGTON, Ontario, March 23 /-- eBRIDGE Software announced today the launch of its Universal Integration Engine (UIE). Leveraging XML technology and employing intelligent, soft-coded logic, the eBRIDGE UIE revolutionizes the method in which data integration is achieved with financial and enterprise systems.
Designed with the ability to accommodate any integration scenario, the UIE utilizes soft-coded scripts to connect with financial and enterprise systems and to process XML documents. Scripts are written with user-friendly translations of XML schema elements. These translations allow for straightforward script creation by preventing the need to access the full complex XML schema structure.
The flexibility offered by the UIE also ensures that future enhancements or customizations are easily applied, as all that is required is an adjustment to the existing script.
"The UIE releases the chains that have for so long made integration impractical for such a large portion of the SME market," stated Alex Stewart, VP of Operations at eBRIDGE Software. "Integration solutions that were previously considered too complicated and costly are now viable with the UIE."
To accommodate the integration process, the UIE is accompanied by the release of eBridge 2007, which functions as the engine to convert specific data sets to and from XML using XSLT transformations.
Beta testing of the UIE was completed with Camco Manufacturing in February 2007, with the successful integration of Microsoft(R) Dynamics AXT. Camco's partner involved in this Dynamics AX implementation was Sunrise Technologies of Winston Salem, NC. They were searching for a solution that would solve their client's integration needs and were enthusiastic to be a part of this new technology.
"The technology of the Universal Integration Engine more than met our expectations," stated Sunrise Technologies. "After the initial implementation was completed we discovered that additional customizations were required. With the UIE these changes were put into place immediately and effectively."
