SpringCM Enhances Privia Capture and Proposal Management Solution

Latest Version of Industry Leading Bid and Proposal Lifecycle Management Software Includes Support for Additional Content Sources and Anytime, Anywhere Access

STERLING, Va., Feb. 4 -- SpringCM(TM) Inc, the leader in on- demand document management and workflow, announced today the availability of a new version of Privia, its industry-leading bid and proposal lifecycle management solution. This version includes support for additional content sources that further enhance opportunity management capabilities as well as support for Firefox and Safari browsers extending users the ability for anytime, anywhere access to secure opportunity and proposal information.

"Our experience with Privia and SpringCM has been very productive," stated Jim Gatewood, Director of Business Development at DSA. "Each new product release demonstrates that the company is willing to listen to customer needs and incorporate them as appropriate. Several features of this new release are important to us. For example, the ability to change labels on a screen instantly enables us to customize users' views to suit our terminology thereby increasing adoption and reducing training costs. The ability to send document links from within Privia to numerous teammates simplifies our task order management process enabling us to derive additional value from our investment in Privia."

With this release Privia further extends its integration with opportunity content sources by adding support to Grants.gov, the source for federal government grants and Onvia, a source for local, state and federal government contracts. Grants.gov is a central storehouse for information on over 1,000 grant programs and provides access to approximately $500 billion in annual awards. Onvia helps businesses achieve a competitive advantage by delivering timely and actionable sales opportunities and information from more than 78,000 government organizations.

"Much of our business comes through Grants.gov," said Jackie Dedrick, grants development for Aurora Health Care. "The ability to automatically transfer opportunity information at the click of a button from this source into Privia will not only eliminate manual entry errors but translate into significant time savings including what we spend on reviews."

Other productivity enhancement features of the new Privia release include:
o Universal Access -- Additional browsers such as Firefox and Safari are now supported allowing users to access Privia from any location.
o Improved Group Management -- The ability to manage large number of users as a single entity, extending efficiency and time savings.
o Enhanced Performance -- Through improved navigation and response to user actions, and faster upload speeds.
o Quick and Secure Document Access -- Document Links in Email Notifications allows internal users and teaming partners quick yet secure access to documents, without navigating into the application.
o Increased Content Relevance -- The in-place label editor includes the ability to dynamically rename and customize fields for specific purposes.

"We are happy to bring this new release of Privia to market," said Steve Maier, vice president and general manager of the Government Solutions Division of SpringCM. "Our customers and prospects are keenly aware of the potential business in the proposed economic stimulus package and our integration with Onvia and Grants.gov will deliver tremendous benefits to them. Most importantly, we continue to achieve our primary objectives of improving internal and external bid and proposal team performance, reducing costs and increasing win rates."

Maintaining its commitment to delivering the best delivery model to its customers, SpringCM offers the new version of Privia as either on-premise or via Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
