Print for Project Web Access is add-on for Microsoft® Project Web Access that allows team members and project managers to print project plans with same visual style as Microsoft® Project. Software supports all 20 standard reports in Microsoft® Project Web Access and also allows customization of printing by using extended settings, including printer and copies; print range and scaling; and diagram elements.

Print for PWA (Project Web Access) add-on prints Gantt charts directly from inside the Microsoft® Office Project Web Access application.
It is designed for Microsoft® Office PWA users who need decent printing of their Gantt charts.
Users can now feel the full benefits of Microsoft® Office Project Web Access.
Print for Project Web Access fully satisfies the needs of two Microsoft® EPM solution user's categories:
o Users who manage projects; those who author, publish and guide a project's progress and modifications of its plans,
o Users who act as viewers, who analyze project specifics and/or use it for reference purposes.
Unlike the current printing capabilities, Print for Project Web Access allows excellent Gantt print with robust capabilities in the project center.
Print for Project Web Access provides vital information, review and printing access to necessary projects and their plans in the Project Center.
Project Web Access 2003/2007 has 20 default views and unlimited number of custom views. Print for Project Web Access supports all 20 default views as well as the unlimited number of custom views that the project manager has created in the Project Server 2003/2007. We support the default Gantt View of Microsoft® Office Project Web Access with the most common Gantt elements like:
o Tasks,
o Outline Level,
o Task Progress,
o Split Tasks,
o Progress Lines,
o Milestones and
o Deadlines.
Print for Project Web Access allows customization of the printing outcome by using the extended settings:
