August 26, 2008 - Pocket CommRelay is small utility that enables Windows Mobile device to relay all incoming data from one serial port to any other serial port, and vice-versa, enabling PDA to act as hardware communications wedge between 2 devices. Suited for mobile GPS applications, remote monitoring, and sensor interfacing, it supports connections between serial, infrared, and wireless Bluetooth. Combinations can include Bluetooth-to-COM1, COM1-to-RawIR, Bluetooth-to-RawIR, and COM1-to-Virtual COM2.

Burlington, Canada -- August, 18, 2008 -- Applied PDA Software announces the release of Pocket CommRelay, version 1.20 (Build 0318).

Pocket CommRelay is a small utility that enables a Windows Mobile device to easily relay all incoming data from one serial port to any other serial port, and vice-versa. This enables the PDA to act as a hardware communications wedge between two devices.

It supports connections between serial, infrared, and wireless Bluetooth.

Combinations can include:
o Bluetooth-to-COM1
o COM1-to-RawIR
o Bluetooth-to-RawIR
o COM1-to-Virtual COM2
