PrintSoft Launches PegaDirect, an Enterprise Solution for Personalized Correspondence, on the Pegasystems Pega Exchange: Major Health Services Provider Set to Deploy
CHICAGO, Aug. 1 -- PrintSoft (http://www.printsoft.com/), the leading provider of technology for rules-driven personalized communications, today announced the availability of PrintSoft PegaDirect, a correspondence creation and management solution fully integrated with Pegasystems' leading SmartBPM® Suite.
PrintSoft's recently announced partnership with Pegasystems and its participation in the Pega Exchange has already resulted in an agreement with a major health services provider that plans to deploy PegaDirect to improve automation and control over correspondence used for Prior Authorizations, a key business process within the company.
PrintSoft PegaDirect enables Pegasystems business process management customers to generate highly personalized correspondence directly from their Pega-powered BPM workflows, while automatically providing compliance and brand management controls. It allows users to create, modify and send letters, invoices and other mission-critical documents based on business process rules. Letter content can include variable paragraphs, dynamic signatures, variable data fields, and variable images. A wizard incorporated into PegaDirect ensures that data mapping, managed by the business process owners, is both fast and simple.
Easy-to-configure web-based workflows available with PegaDirect enable personnel at each site to configure a range of capabilities for their users, based on the workflow requirements and user permissions required. For example, document generation can be fully automated and triggered purely on business process rules. Alternatively, the user experience can be managed to give business users the ability to change content only in designated areas of the document with built-in approval cycles if needed.
