Automatic OSHA Injury Recordkeeping

ZeraWare safety management software has produced a new addition to its computer based safety management system: automatic OSHA injury recordkeeping. In addition to the current software programs that computerize Incident Reports, Accident Investigations and Safety Inspections; ZeraWare now completes four OSHA injury recordkeeping forms: Form 300-OSHA Log, Form 300A-Summary, OSHA Form 301-Incident Report and the Bureau of Labor Statistics Annual Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illness. The software fills in injury information on each of these forms automatically, when an employee injury occurs that is to be recorded on the OSHA 300 Log.

ZeraWare eliminates the need for completing these OSHA related injury report forms by hand or even filling them out by computer keyboard entry. The software does it. And all forms are completed simultaneously. In addition, editing is easy. A change to any information on any form is duplicated on all the forms automatically.

ZeraWare's computer based application has obvious benefits: no more paper forms to be filled in by hand or tedious data entry by computer. The OSHA Log is always current and up to date. There are no errors, oversights or failure to record violations. Data is always in the right column and totals are added correctly.

Bottom line: with the ZeraWare computer-based safety management system, Safety Managers can now computerize Incident Reports, organize accident records, compile safety data computerize safety inspections and complete OSHA injury recordkeeping effortlessly.
