Combined, they perform testing and automatic analysis of AC/DC electric motors. Software incorporates trending, routing, scheduling of maintenance, work order management, review of equipment data by location or name, and entering of data from other test technologies.

Automated Analysis of Faults in Electric Motors and Transformers


The ALL-TEST Pro Division of BJM Corp, Old Saybrook, CT, announces the release of EMCAT Software, a total motor and transformer maintenance package. EMCAT integrates with the ALL-TEST IV Pro 2000, a handheld fault finder and data collector.

Combined they offer a package that performs testing and automatic analysis of AC/DC electric motors, including rotors, and transformers.

The software incorporates trending, routing, scheduling of maintenance, work order management, review of equipment data by location or name and entering of data from other test technologies.

It can be configured to interface with commercial CMMS packages and the US Department of Energy software program MotorMaster Plus.
