Connecting relational databases to manufacturing control systems, MatrikonOPC Client for ODBC enables users to exchange process data between OPC- and ODBC-enabled databases. Software logs process data to preferred database and writes from relational database to control system. It can be dynamically configured while online and SQL statements may be executed directly from GUI to aid in testing and configuration. Program can also run silently in background as Windows NT Service.
