ADP Wilco Announces Task Explorer Solution
Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) subsidiary ADP Wilco has announced the launch of Task Explorer, its new web-based intelligent task management solution to enhance workflow for international operations.
Task Explorer will enable the intelligent management of task-related data, and operate across single or multiple transaction processing platforms. Significantly, it has multi-language capabilities as well as multi-entity and multi-branch support. When used in conjunction with multiple platforms it will provide a consolidated system-wide view of operations.
It will provide information and assistance to avoid errors relating to data capture and transaction processing, and will enable the identification and resolution of processing exceptions to be procedure-based. Historic comparisons and trends are included within its MIS reporting capabilities. In addition the service will provide task management, escalation of task urgency and live user dashboards.
ADP's first priority for Task Explorer is to provide integration with its international bureau-based securities processing services.
