RJG, Inc. introduces their new InsightStats(TM) software package. InsightStats is a statistical software package designed to work with process data collected by RJG's production and process control systems. InsightStats allows for the long-term analysis of data, providing X Bar & R and Histogram charts for all saved data, as well as scatter plots for correlation analysis. Data can be sampled so that large amounts of data may be displayed and analyzed.
The InsightStats software package interfaces directly with eDART and iLink process data. This comprehensive but simple-to-use software package provides a graphical user interface for viewing statistical information on a single screen. The graphs can then be saved or printed for future evaluation. The system can calculate CPK, PPK, and other statistical variables. InsightStats works with current and historical summary file formats.
An Alarm Assistant tool is included with the program allowing part measurement information such as weights and dimensions to be easily correlated against actual process variables. The alarm tool helps molders make good decisions for setting process alarms.
InsightStats can export data to Comma Separated Values (.csv) or Microsoft®Access(TM) formats to allow for more detailed analysis in the statistical package of your choice.
