Rotor creates strong centrifugal and shearing force which, when combined with fast circulation rate of slurry, increases grinding efficiency and particle distribution. With media volume of 15 liters, mill can process batches from 50 to 400 gallons at top speed of 3,000 ft/min.

The specially designed rotor of the mill creates strong centrifugal and shearing force which, when combined with the fast circulation rate of the slurry, result in excellent, efficient
grinding with sharp particle size distribution. The mill is available with a variable frequency drive.
With a media volume of only 15 liters, the mill can efficiently process, because of its high circulation rate, batches from 50-400 gallons/200-1,500 liters. QC450 runs at a tip speed of 3,000 ft/min. A variety of materials and tank options are available.
