Along with quick-change jaws and hard stop, 3-jaw Model 650 features 0.0001 in. TIR, 0.100 in. max jaw opening, and 988 lb force per jaw. Subjaws are permanently mounted to chuck's master jaws, and Quick-Change top jaws are held in place by one bolt through keyhole slot in each jaw pad. Weighing 14 1/8 lb with aluminum jaws or 14 7/8 lb with steel jaws, chuck offers repeatability of 0.000025 in. (max concentricity).

This air chuck, with 0.0001” TIR, has special quick-change jaws and a hard stop. This particular custom-made chuck was made for a customer who manufactures output gears and needed to grip on the interior diameter. Subjaws are permanently mounted to the chuck’s master jaws. Quick-Change top jaws are held in place by one bolt through a keyhole slot in each jaw pad.
