Ultra-miniature M3 Threaded Slide Sleeve Valve

Beswick Engineering designs and manufactures high-performance miniature fluid power devices.

Beswick announces the release of a new ultra miniature M3 threaded slide sleeve valve (part number M3SV-N). The new M3SV-N slide sleeve valve is another addition to Beswick growing M3 product line. It provides efficient control (on/off) of gas or liquid in an in-line configuration. The valve can be attached directly in a fluid circuit and does not require panel mounting.

The M3SV-N weighs only 4.6 grams and, just as importantly, saves space. It is only about 20 mm (0.78") long from end to end. The valve is a 2-way (non-venting) device. There is no preferred flow direction. Inlet can be through either M3 internal threaded port. Maximum inlet pressure is 250 psig. Approximate flow orifice size is 0.6mm to 0.7 mm (0.024" to 0.028") diameter.

Valve materials can be brass or stainless steel. Buna-N is the standard O-ring material. Optional O-ring materials are EPDM, Fluorocarbon (VitonĀ®) and Silicone.
