Tri-Lane Slat Conveyor features 3 abreast slat units, common-driven from single shaft-mounted Eurodrive. Index conveyor has buffer of 4 zones and line of 4 in. high rubber bumpers keep rolls in their respective zones. Conveyor is reversible, so that it can deliver single roll or reverse to pick up additional rolls in consecutive zones. With slats set high in frame, conveyor is sloped slightly down to add stability during handling of rolls.

Hytrol Introduces the Tri-Lane Slat Conveyor
Special needs require special kinds of conveyors. This unit was designed to handle long rolls of material up to 30 in. in diameter and up to 4000 lbs. The conveyor features 3 abreast slat units, common driven from a single shaft mounted Eurodrive.
Rolls begin in the rolling equipment and are moved onto a weighscale conveyor prior to stretch wrapping. The index conveyor has a "buffer" of four zones. The conveyor is reversible so that it can deliver a single roll, or reverse to pick up additional rolls in consecutive zones.
The slats on the unit are set high in the frame. A line of 4 in. high rubber bumpers keep the rolls in their respective zones. The conveyor is sloped slightly down to add stability during handling of the rolls.
