NESHC, Single Head Capper

Bradenton, Florida, New England Machinery, Inc. (NEM) is pleased to announce the introduction of its newest capper, the NESHC, Single Head Capper for large containers. In response to a growing need, particularly in the food industry, NEM has developed a single head capper for large containers. The model NESHC is a continuous-motion single head capping system. The system's highly accurate indexing turret provides positive chuck cap application to insure straight and secure caps.

The machine is designed to allow for use with a wide variety of caps and containers. It also has an adjustable feature to accommodate both single and twin pack carton containers. A free-standing unit, the NESHC can be placed over an existing customer-supplied continuous motion conveyor. The capper offers tool-less, modular change parts for easy changeover.

This capper offers consistent and repeatable torque application, preventing cap or thread damage due to over-torquing.We will be introducing this new capper at the Pack Expo Las Vegas 2007 show, October 15-17 in Booth #C-409. We encourage everyone to come take a look."
