An environmentally friendly product with excellent detergent properties

Ronaclean(TM) EVP-206 from Dow Electronic Materials is an one-component acid cleaner, specially designed for removing developer residues from aqueous alkali strippable dry films. It is compatible with pattern plating processes and prevents dry film attack, eliminating ragged circuit lines and undercut at the dry film foot. It exhibits good cleaning power, wettability and improved rinsability. The product formulation was specifically designed to be environmentally friendly. The chemistry in Ronaclean(TM) EVP-206 acid cleaner is biodegradable, complies with EU Detergent Regulation standards and is free of nonylphenol ethoxylate-based (NPE) surfactants and complexing agents.

The spent bath does not require special waste treatment processing.

Ronaclean(TM) EVP-206 acid cleaner is designed to be compatible with Dow Electronic Materials' acid copper electrolytes.
