Featuring 500 V floating supply voltage, M81500FP intelligent power module has SMD package with 11.93 x 17.5 mm footprint to reduce required PCB space and simplify PCB production process. This 3-phase motor driver contains level shift high-side driver, low-side driver, bootstrap diodes, IGBTs, and free-wheel diodes. Protective functions for over-current, under-voltage, and thermal shutdown are also included.

Powerex recently introduced M81500FP, a high voltage three-phase motor driver fabricated by a 500V high voltage SOI (Silicon On Insulator) process. This intelligent power module utilizes a compact SMD package to reduce the PCB space required (11.93 x 17.5mm) and to simplify the PCB production process.
