Measuring 8 x 5.75 in., Model PCM-LN02 is powered by Intel® Atom(TM) N455 processor with fanless heatsink or D525 processor with fanned heatsink. Board includes ICH8M chipset, 2 GB DDR3 667/800 system memory, 2 SATA 3.0 Gbps interfaces, and 1 Type II CompactFlash(TM) Type II interface. For expansion, SBC provides 6 USB 2.0 ports, 5 RS-232 ports, 1 RS-232/422/485 port, and 1 LPT port. Model PCM-LN02 also has two 10/100/1000 Base-TX RJ-45 connectors for Ethernet support.

AAEON Announces a New Compact Board with Various I/O Ports and Intel® Atom(TM) Processor: PCM-LN02
Taipei, Taiwan - AAEON introduces a new 8" x 5.75" Compact Form Factor Board that features Intel® Atom(TM) N455 or D525 Processors and ICH8M chipset. Since the Atom(TM) platform was created specifically for low-powered, mobile, high-performing and durable life-cycle products, PCM-LN02 embodies all of these coveted qualities. The SBC with the N455 processor comes with a fanless heatsink while the SBC with the D525 processor comes with a fanned heatsink.
PCM-LN02 has onboard 2G DDR3 667/800 system memory equipped with anti-shock and anti-vibration properties that is ideal for rugged environments. In terms of storage, there are two SATA 3.0Gb/s interfaces and one Type II CompactFlash(TM) Type II interface. This SBC has ample I/O expansion: six USB2.0 ports, five RS-232 ports, one RS-232/422/485 port and one LPT port. The PCM-LN02 has integrated audio with one Speaker-Out, Mic-in or Line-in. Expansion for the addition of peripheral cards for extended features includes PCI, PC/104+ (PCI + ISA), two Mini card interfaces and a PCMCIA Card bus slot expansion interface. It also has two 10/100/1000 Base-TX RJ-45 connectors for Ethernet support and video support for simultaneous VGA and 18-bit or 24-bit LVDS LCD panels.

"It includes optional legacy IDE and TTL interfaces, so it is easy to upgrade the CPU board in your existing systems. With an operating temperature support of 0 C ~ 60 C and a storage temperature of -40 C ~ 80 C, PCM-LN02 is able to adapt to many environments. Thus, PCM-LN02 is perfect for applications such as Molding Machines, Meat Weight Measurements, Security, Industrial Automation, Transportation and Control Rooms."
For more even more versatility, end users can utilize PCM-LN02 for Parking Lot and Convenience Store applications by using the numerous USB ports to connect to coin machines or via RS-232 to card readers. PCM-LN02 also includes an optional Onboard Trust Platform Module (TPM) to provide security applications.
