SRCD Single Axis Controller Features Exclusive Pulse Train Function for Ease of Use
The SRCD single axis controller from Yamaha Robotics features an exclusive pulse train function that enhances ease of use. In addition to the three conventional operation modes - program operation; operation by specifying points from a PLC; and operation by commanding from a PC. - the new function, operation by inputting a pulse train, makes the SRCD much easier
to use. The pulse train function allows a wider application range, including use with drive shaft feedback. Since the SRCD has the same standard functions as the previous Yamaha robot
controllers, existing programs can be utilized and the teach pendant and offline support software can be used commonly.
With mass storage memory of up to 1000 points/100 programs, the SRCD is capable of multitask execution, up to 4 tasks maximum, when using programs. This feature enables the SRCD to handle multiple item production with flexibility. CC-Link, DeviceNet, and Ethernet are available options for easy communication with the SRCD controller.
