Suited for inside work, Champion(TM) SM1200 and SM2000 are powered by 5 hp electric motors in 1- and 3-phase configurations. Powerblend® system with Triple-8 mixing action, provides smooth, uniform mix, even with large volume batches. Adjustable legs assist in leveling and positioning, while bi-directional fork pockets allow mixers to be picked and placed by lifts and fork trucks. Optional curved nickel-plated blades facilitate color blending.

Stone Silo Mixers Add Electric Models
Stone Construction Equipment, Inc. Champion(TM) Silo Mixers provide maximum productivity for many larger commercial and industrial jobs. Now the two models with capacities of 12 and 20 cu. ft. can be used inside when powered by electric motors. The 5 hp electric motors in 1-and 3-phase configurations allow for added versatility and increased productivity to work inside buildings and other structures.
The mixers are ideal for jobs involving mortar, grout, plaster, fireproofing and color additives. Stone's patented Powerblend® system with its heavy-duty Triple-8 mixing action, provides a smooth, uniform mix batch after batch, even with larger volume batches. Optional curved nickel-plated blades have also been added to facilitate color blending. The curved blades last longer and make clean up easy.
Although designed for silo applications, the mixers - the SM1200 and SM2000 - can also be used in standard mixing applications where the productivity afforded by the larger capacities is a requirement. The mixers include adjustable legs to position them within any silo footprint. The legs, which can be adjusted and set by one person, facilitate leveling and positioning closer to the sito discharge chute. No outriggers are required, making the mixers easy to position. Aiding in positioning and transporting are the bi-directional fork pockets, which allow the mixers to be picked and placed by a variety of lifts and forktrucks.
