Champion(TM) SM2000 20 ft³ mixer has 4 adjustable legs, which along with offset pivot, allows mixer to be dumped into buggies, grout pumps, wheelbarrows, and mortar tubs. Unit features quadruple seal and bearing system in removable housing, Power Blend® system, guard lifter, bi-directional fork pockets, 20 gal baffled hydraulic tank, 13 hp Honda engine with cyclone air filter, and starburst bag splitter. Mixer is suited for use under mortar and grout silos.

Stone Heavy-Duty SM2000 Silo Mixer
Stone Construction Equipment, Inc. Champion(TM) 20 cu. ft. Silo Mixer, the SM2000, is ideal for use under mortar and grout silos on large commercial and industrial jobs. This highly productive mixer features four adjustable legs to adjust the mixer to fit within any silo footprint. The legs, which can be adjusted by one person, aid in leveling the mixer or positioning it closer to the silo discharge chute. The legs provide stability, and in combination with Stone's unique offset pivot, allow the mixer to be dumped into buggies and grout pumps, as well as wheelbarrows and mortar tubs.
To protect the engine against the dusty environment found on most silo jobs the mixer is powered by a 13 hp Honda engine with a cyclone air filter. Patented features, which increase serviceability and operator-friendliness, include:
o Stone's exclusive quadruple seal and bearing system in a removable housing. The system carries a lifetime warranty.
o Power Blend® system moves the paddles in a triple-8 mixing pattern blending smoothly and uniformly.
o Patented guard lifter to move the guard out of the way while dumping.
o Patented starburst bag splitter to easily break bags when in use as a standard mixer.
Operator-friendly controls are located on both sides of the one-piece swing-away cowl. The SM2000 Silo mixer also includes bi-directional fork pockets for easy transporting and positioning.
The hydraulic system includes a removable 20 gallon baffled hydraulic tank and is designed with Parker® guaranteed 3-years leak-free hoses and fittings. The SM2000 is one of two mixers in the Stone Silo Mixer line.
