Radiant RFID and Precision Dynamics Release New Rewearable, Gen 2 UHF Wristband
AUSTIN, Texas -- Radiant RFID and Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC) today announced the release of a new, rewearable Gen 2 UHF Wristband.
Unlike traditional HF wristbands, the Gen 2 UHF wristband from Radiant RFID is the first of its kind with a read range up to four meters. This next-generation wristband is composed of silicone material which enables it to function and be worn for extended periods such as days, weeks and even months. It is intended for RFID tracking applications requiring comfort and long wear such as cruise ships, theme parks, trade shows, festivals and long-term special events.
The Gen 2 UHF wristband is available exclusively through Radiant RFID and PDC, and is offered in over 20 colors, many sizes and supports custom graphics.
The Gen 2 UHF wristband conforms to EPC Radio-Frequency IDentification Protocols Class-1 Generation 2 standards and is compatible with all Gen 2 RFID readers and Radiant RFID's Access Control, Asset Tracking and Evacuation Management solutions.
