Designed for vehicular exhaust extraction and high-temperature air transfer, single-ply U-Lok 440 features flexible Mechanical Lock Construction(TM), which provides tear and tensile strength, eliminating wire movements. Available in diameters from 2-20 in. and length of 25 ft, U-Lok 440 is rated for temperatures from -60 to +500°F. Applications include high temperature air supply, exhaust hose reels, garage fume control, and combustion by-product transfer.

Richmond Hill, Ontario - The Novaflex Group is excited to announce the launch of
another brand new product; U-Lok 440. This latest addition to their extensive product line is sure to set another industry benchmark. This ultra-flexible silicone fiberglass exhaust extraction duct offers the user an economical and versatile product for air/fume extraction, while maintaining the inherent design quality and innovative engineering synonymous with the Novaflex Group.
Novaflex's U-Lok 440 is a single-ply economical silicone/fiberglass duct designed for
vehicular exhaust extraction and high temperature air transfer. U-Lok 440's ultra-flexible Mechanical Lock Construction(TM), developed and patented by the Novaflex Group, provides superior tear and tensile strength which eliminates wire movements found in traditional single-ply duct. U-Lok 440 boasts air-tight construction in recommended applications, as well as uniform flexibility and compressibility, reducing exhaust turbulence and pressure loss.
Typical applications for which the U-Lok 440 was specifically designed include; high
temperature air supply, exhaust hose reels, garage fume control and combustion by-product transfer.
Construction details include the use of medium gauge silicone-coated fiberglass and the
Novaflex-patented Mechanical Lock(TM) system with external scuff guard. U-Lok 440 is rated
for temperatures from -60°F to +500°F (+600°F intermittent) and available in diameters
ranging from 2" to 20" in lengths of 25'.
