Housed in 1.25 x 1.0 x 0.5 mm µDFN package, ±8 kV Model SP1010-04UTG has capacitance of 3.5 pf for high speed buses, while ±15 kV Model SP1011-04UTG offers 7 pF of capacitance for optimized ESD protection. Both 4-channel arrays are RoHS-compliant and suitable for cell phones, smart phones, PDAs, portable navigation devices, digital cameras, netbooks, and portable medical devices.

New SP1010 and SP1011 Series Silicon Protection Arrays Provide Robust ESD Protection in a Small Form Factor Package
Latest additions to the Littelfuse SPATM portfolio are offered in a space efficient, low-profile 1.25x1.0x0.5mm µDFN-6 package.
CHICAGO, Illinois, - Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ/NGS:LFUS), today announced the SP1010 and SP1011 Series which are four channel TVS arrays for ESD protection.
The SP1010-04UTG and SP1011-04UTG are each packaged in a low-profile µDFN package measuring 1.25x1.0x0.5mm. The SP1010 (±8kV) has a capacitance of 3.5pF making it suitable for higher speed buses, while the SP1011 (±15kV) offers 7pF of capacitance providing enhanced ESD protection.
The tiny µDFN-6 package makes the SP1010 and SP1011 Series particularly suitable for cell phones, smart phones, PDA's, portable navigation devices, digital cameras, netbooks, portable medical devices, and any place board space is limited. Typical ports to be protected include keypads/buttons, audio, display buses, video ports, Ethernet, and general purpose I/O's.
Both series are RoHS compliant and conform to the following standards:
o ESD, IEC61000-4-2, ±8kV (contact), ±15kV (air) (SP1010)
o ESD, IEC61000-4-2, ±15kV (contact), ±30kV (air) (SP1011)
o EFT, IEC61000-4-4, 40A (5/50ns) (SP1010 and SP1011)
o Lightning, IEC61000-4-5, 1A (tp=8/20µs) (SP1010)
o Lightning, IEC61000-4-5, 2A (tp=8/20µs) (SP1011)
The SP1010-04UTG and the SP1011-04UTG are both available in the 1.25x1.0x0.5mm µDFN package in reels of 3k each.
