Advance Expands Family of signPRO LED Sign Drivers to Include New 100-Watt 24-vdc Model Featuring IntelliVolt Multiple-Voltage Technology

(September 27th, 2005 - Rosemont, Illinois) Advance announces the expansion of its popular line of signPRO(TM); LED Sign Drivers to include a new 100-Watt 24-vdc model for use in a wide variety of LED lighting applications. The driver features Advance's exclusive IntelliVolt(TM); Multiple-Voltage technology, which enables its operation at any input voltage from 120 to 277 volts, 50/60Hz, subsequently reducing SKU requirements, enhancing ease and accuracy of ordering, and eliminating field mis-match concerns. The drivers further carry a "CE" certification for use in applications involving European voltages (220-240v, 50Hz), as well as UL-recognized Component status and CSA listing.

Damp location-rated (tested to IP66) to accommodate a broad range of general and commercial LED lighting applications as well as settings where moisture could be a concern, the drivers' compact size insures their fit inside signs and raceway and enhances design flexibility and versatility. The drivers feature UL Class 2 rating with inherent short-circuit protection for added safety and ease of maintenance as well as low temperature performance down to -40°F/C and power factor correction. In addition, their tightly regulated output (1% line and 5% load) insures consistent light output regardless of line conditions, load levels, and ambient temperatures. All of Advance's signPRO LED drivers further carry the company's standard 5-year warranty for the utmost customer security and satisfaction.
