Offered as standard on all East dump trailer sideswing gate option packages, sideswing tailgate ramp guide is constructed of aluminum and features self-lubricating UHMW roller. Included roller, made from synthetic material with ultra high molecular weight (UHMW), prevents top pin misalignment by guiding gate and top pin back into position during closing. This accelerates and facilitates gate closure.

EastŪ Introduces Sideswing Tailgate Guide Ramp for Dump Trailers
Randolph, OH (June, 2006) - When customers asked for a sideswing gate that was even easier to operate, EastŪ developed a new sideswing tailgate ramp guide that includes a roller made from a high durability synthetic material (UHMW). This new feature prevents top pin misalignment by guiding the gate and top pin back into position during closing, making the gate much easier and faster to close.
The guide ramp is constructed of aluminum with a specially designed self-lubricating UHMW roller. The guide ramp is now standard on all East dump trailer sideswing gate option packages.
