MS Series lets engineers plug in electrical shunt directly to most dc digital multi-meters, indicating accurate current measurements up to 50 A across -65 to +275°C range. Products are equipped with heavy-duty, commercially pure copper test leads, and 4 terminal leads are also available. Able to be customized for 50 and 100 mV applications, shunts are offered with ohmic values up to 100 ohms, tolerances to 0.005%, and TCR characteristics to 10 ppm.

Largo, Florida U.S.A., October 14, 2008----The MS Series allows engineers to easily plug in the electrical shunt directly to most direct current (D.C.) digital multi-meters indicating accurate current measurements up to 50 amperes across a wide temperature span from -65°C. to +275°C. The MS Series is ideal for a variety of meters, increasing their capabilities, enabling D.C. readings from meters that only have a voltage measuring function for example. These premium shunts are equipped with heavy duty commercially pure copper test leads. Four terminal leads are also available for very accurate current sensing applications with extremely low EMF emitted. The MS Series can be customized for 50 mV & 100 mV applications, available in a wide variety of ohmic values up to 100 ohms, tolerances to 0.005% & T.C.R. characteristics to 10 parts per million (ppm).
