Model 25TW-28 wraps unitized or trayed boxes, cans, and bottles in single-tier or stacked arrangement. Able to handle trayed product from ½-13 in. high, 6-18 in. wide, and 6-20 in. long, intermittent-motion tray wrapper has side-mounted film racks with film splicing bars. Operator interface recalls parameters for up to 16 products, while automatic setup calculates machine settings based upon product dimensions. Turbo cooling evenly cools product.

ARPAC Group's Model 25TW Tray Wrapper Shrink Wraps More for Less!
ARPAC GROUP introduces its Model 25TW-28 intermittent-motion tray wrapper, operating at speeds up to 25 trays per minute. Designed for wrapping an extensive range of unitized or trayed boxes, cans and bottles in either a single-tier or stacked arrangement, the 25TW-28 easily handles trayed product from 1/2 to 13" high, 6 to 18" wide and from 6 to 20" long.
The ARPAC Model 25TW-28 is easily integrated with other equipment, including tray loaders, stackers and other product handling devices. The ARPAC operator interface offers user-friendly control and recalls parameters for up to 16 different products, while the automatic setup calculates machine settings based upon product dimensions. Side mounted film racks, with film splicing bars, make film roll replacement and changeover an elementary task. Turbo cooling quickly and evenly cools the product for quick product handling. The ARPAC Group also offers a variety of options on the 25TW-28 tray wrapper to fulfill a customer's distinct needs.
The ARPAC Model 25TW-28 will be on display at the Expo Pack Show in Mexico City, June 21-23, Booth # 2000.
