ACE Controls Announces Significant Increases in Energy Capability for MC 150, 225 and 600 Series Shock Absorbers

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI - ACE Controls announces significant increases in energy per cycle (E3) ratings for its MC 150, 225 and 600 Series industrial shock absorbers. As a result of an improved design, select MC self-compensating miniature models now have the energy capability of former larger-sized middle bore models.

Design features include: a rolling diaphragm seal system that offers the longest possible cycle life and a hex socket in the rear of the shock for extreme ease of installation.

Durable MC Series shock absorbers are ideal for mounting into the end covers of pneumatic cylinders and provide superior damping compared to normal cylinder cushions.

Applications for this dependable series include: material handling equipment, medium robotics, machine tools, pick and place systems as well as packaging equipment.

ACE Controls Inc. is an ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer with a global customer service network that includes offices in England, Germany and Japan with distributors in over 110 cities in 35 countries.
