Available for all heat transfer applications, shell and tube heat exchangers come in horizontal and vertical tube designs. Optional welded tube-to-tube sheet construction promotes strength and sealing qualities. U Tube designs are stress relieved at bend area, and standard shell sizes range from 3-40 in. OD and up to 40 ft long. Products are manufactured to various standards, including those of 3A, ASME, TEMA, and API.

Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers with "U" Tube Designs

Shell & tube heat exchangers are now available in horizontal and vertical tube designs. Optional welded tube-to-tube sheet construction provides enhanced strength and superior sealing qualities. "U" tube designs are stress relieved at the bend area. Standard shell sizes ranges from 3" to 40" O.D. and up to 40' in length.
DHT heat exchangers are manufactured to the most demanding standards including 3A, ASME, TEMA and API.
Also available from Diversified Heat Transfer are industrial HVAC heating and cooling air handling coils for residential and commercial use. Plate fin, helical fin, L footed and solder bonded air coils; 3/8 to 1" o.d. tubing in stock, new and OEM replacement coils for steam and water applications. Tube bundles engineered to customer specifications with turnaround orders faster than the OEM and emergency service available. Econo Line shell and tube heat exchangers 4" to 30" steam to liquid or liquid to liquid styles.
