Requiring only 110 V and air, SUR-SIZE(TM) TS-54 Sheeter accommodates any material, including films, foils, paper, nonwovens, corrugated, and rubber products. Once roll is placed onto unwind support, material is fed to traveling knife assembly. Operator enters length and number of pieces on color touchscreen, and unit automatically feeds out and cuts to predetermined length and number. As material leaves unit, it exits to takeaway conveyor for manual stacking.

Ideal For Low Speed Applications
AZCO Corp. introduces the SUR-SIZE(TM) TS-54. This compact, economical sheeter can accommodate any material including films, foils, paper, nonwovens, corrugated and rubber products. Just place the roll onto the unwind support and the material is fed to the traveling knife assembly. From a color touch screen, the operator enters the length and the number of pieces and the unit automatically feeds out and cuts to the predetermined length and number. As the material leaves the unit, it exits to a takeaway conveyor for manual stacking, or the takeaway conveyor can be replaced with an optional stacker. This unit is easy to hook up and requires only 110 volts and air.
