June 14, 2005 - Stafford Shaft Collars are available with threaded-, square-, smooth-, hex-, and keyed-bores to match positive drive shafts. Available in 1-piece, 2-piece, and hinged-collar styles, products are machined from steel, 303 stainless steel, and aluminum. Collars, offered in standard inch/metric sizes from 1/8β10 in. ID and 3.175β254 mm, may also be constructed from 316 stainless steel, brass, bronze, and exotic alloys.

A standard line of shaft collars offered with bores that match various shaft configurations, to simplify the job of machinery builders, is available from Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Stafford Shaft Collars are now offered with various types of threaded-, square-, smooth-, hex-, and keyed-bores to precisely match positive drive shafts. They can be ordered in standard one-piece, two-piece, and hinged-collar styles machined from steel, 303 stainless steel, and aluminum.
Eliminating the need for custom machined collars, Stafford Shaft Collars with different bores are offered in standard inch/metric sizes from 1/8β to 10β I.D. (3.175 mm to 254 mm). Specials can be fabricated from other materials including 316 stainless steel, brass, bronze, and exotic alloys.
Stafford Shaft Collars with special bores are priced according to style, size, and quantity. Literature and pricing are available upon request.
