Manufactured in prototype to production quantities with tolerances to 0.0005 in., Custom Shaft Collars feature smooth, hex, square, metric, radiused, keyed, and threaded bores, and are available in 1- and 2-piece, hinged, or set-screw styles. Bore sizes are from 1/8 to 16 in. ID, and materials include various metals, alloys, and engineering plastics. They can be machined with drilled and tapped face holes; OD flats, grooves, or knurls; and can be supplied with special fasteners.

A full range of shaft collars that can be custom manufactured to create special purpose mounting, positioning, and actuation devices is being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Stafford Custom Shaft Collars can be engineered and manufactured to meet a wide range of mounting, positioning, and mechanical actuation requirements. Featuring smooth-, hex-, square-, metric-, radiused-, keyed-, and threaded bores, they are available in one- and two-piece, hinged, or set-screw styles and can be machined with drilled and tapped face holes, O.D. treatments such as flats, grooves, or knurls, and can supplied with special fasteners.
Manufactured in prototype to production quantities, with tolerances to 0.0005", depending upon configuration, Stafford Custom Shaft Collars are available with bore sizes from 1/8" to 16" I.D. Materials can include steel, aluminum, stainless steels, inconel, monel, hastelloy, titanium, bronze, brass, and TeflonŽ and other engineering plastics.
