June 13, 2008 - Designed to meet needs of applications with demanding move and settle profiles with high duty cycle, DuraMotor series withstands ambient operating temperatures from 0 to +50°, vacuum to 10-7 torr, and Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) to 10-10. Durability is optimized by chosen materials for motor tip and drive strip, while minimal particle generation promotes level of cleanliness and motor life. Velocities are available from 1 µm/sec to 250 mm/sec.
