The alpheno® Phenomenon

The New Gearbox Which Builds on WITTENSTEIN Design Expertise

The engineering team at WITTENSTEIN has succeeded in designing the future in servo gearboxes - the alpheno®. A high performance gearbox that sets new benchmarks for machine productivity efficiency.

The performance of planetary gearboxes is taken to an entirely new level with alpheno®. While many market players are reflecting on ways to improve precision and operating noise, WITTENSTEIN is already one step ahead.

For years, alpheno® has been the model of choice in highly challenging applications where individual requirements exceed the performance capabilities of the standard product range. The power density of alpheno® is an increase of up to 130% compared to the SP+ - exceeding all current standards in the market. No matter how exacting your specification, WITTENSTEIN can meet it.

Like the alpha SP+ shaft gear, alpheno® is also available in a HIGH SPEED® version and with a hollow shaft at the output. An option with optimized mass inertia ensures maximum energy efficiency. In combination with the alpha rack-and-pinion portfolio, alpheno® represents an unbeatable drive solution in the field of linear motion.
