Hoover's Subscribers Now Have Access to Real-Time E-Mail Address Discovery
AUSTIN, Texas, June 12 /-- Hoover's, Inc. Hoover's ConnectMail is accessible via links next to the names of more than 19 million U.S. and Canadian executives on Hoover's Fact Sheets, People search results, Executive Bios, and Build A List results.

Hoover's ConnectMail tool is simple to use:
-- Once you've found a prospect name on Hoover's, simply click the "send e-mail" icon next to the contact's name and you will be directed to the ConnectMail pop-up window where you can compose your message.
-- Click "send" and ConnectMail begins the search process for your prospect's e-mail address.
-- Your sent message will contain your return address and your prospect will receive the e-mail as if delivered from your company's e-mail system.
-- Once ConnectMail delivers your e-mail, you will receive a validation, as well as the recipient's correct address.
"If you put yourself in the shoes of someone receiving such a message via ConnectMail, it's easy to see the plus side in the amount of control it gives in terms of timing and response," said Jim Currie, vice president of sales for Hoover's. "ConnectMail offers an efficient way to screen messages prior to direct contact, as e-mail is viewed as less obtrusive than a cold phone call. Customers can expect Hoover's ConnectMail to have as much as an 80+ percent success rate as long as correct information is entered (no spelling or syntax errors) and the recipient is currently employed at the target U.S. or Canada-based company. Subscribers can access ConnectMail archives via the My Hoover's section of the site, where they can track their sent e-mails, as well as monitor which messages were successfully delivered.
