iJET Launches Worldcue® Critical Contact(SM) Communication Service

Worldcue(R) Global Control Center enhancement allows two-way SMS, voice and e-mail communication and conference bridge capabilities

ANNAPOLIS, Md., July 9 -- iJET Intelligent Risk Systems, a leading provider of global intelligence and business resiliency services, today announced the launch of Worldcue(R) Critical Contact(SM), an enhancement to Worldcue Global Control Center. Critical Contact enables users to communicate seamlessly with employees via SMS, phone and e-mail messages; request and track responses from employees; and initiate a conference call from the Worldcue platform -- improving response time during critical events.

Critical Contact delivers voice messages to cell phones, VOIP phones, satellite phones and traditional land lines, and text messages to email accounts, Blackberry(R) handhelds, text-enabled mobile phones, and other wireless devices.

"Worldcue Critical Contact is an important enhancement that integrates our world-class intelligence and traveler tracking technology with instant communication capability," said Steve Hoffman, iJET's CEO. "Not only can organizations instantly identify employees at risk, they can now communicate and track responses from hundreds of employees when imminent threats and crises threaten their safety and security, reinforcing an organization's business resiliency initiatives."

The new communication service allows Worldcue Travel Risk Management and Expatriate Risk Management licensed users to:

-- Identify and contact employees who may be affected by a threat or incident

- Distribute consistent information about critical events as they unfold
- Receive and track responses from employees via SMS, phone and email

-- Initiate and "push" a conference call instantly to all message recipients

-- Track the status of message delivery across recipients and contact types

Critical Contact is powered by Send Word Now(TM), a leading provider of on-demand alert and response services. iJET integrated the company's Alert Service application programming interface (API) and enhanced the Worldcue messaging technology to create the Critical Contact service.
