New Server Offers Maximum Performance and Reliability, With Improved Management Features

(AMEX:HCO), today announced the new NetFRAME 6620 server, which offers maximum power for enterprise-class applications in business, government and education. The NetFRAME 6620 provides a high level of reliability with a chassis that includes four fans and two power supplies, all of which are redundant and hot-swappable. Additionally, five of the seven PCI slots have hot-plug capability, helping to ensure maximum system availability.
The NetFRAME 6620's Server Manager Software offers an easy-to-use interface to manage all of the clients within an IT environment. This web-based management software features:

o Comprehensive system management of hardware, operating system (OS) and software services
o In-Band (OS-present) and Out-Of-Band (OS-independent) system health monitoring & alerting

The NetFRAME 6620 server includes three years of on-site service, replacement parts and technical support as part of the standard configuration, with optional extensions for up to five years. In addition, three Network Operating System (NOS) support resolutions are also included with every standard server limited warranty, when a preinstalled server operating system is purchased.
Optional Services
Two, Four or Eight Hour On-site Service
Two, Four or Eight Hour On-site Service provides for mission-critical repair service at a customer's location. The necessary replacement parts will be shipped to meet the on-site technician within two, four or eight hours of being dispatched (depending on the customer's location). This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for eligible customers.
Hard Drive Protection Plan
This service allows customers to replace a failed hard drive while still protecting confidential data stored on the drive. MPC will ship a replacement hard drive, and the customer need only return an RMA form provided by MPC.
