The S-24C and S-25C E2PROMS's from Seiko USA have Low Current Consumption and a Wide Operating Range
The S-24C Series (2-wire interface) & S-25C Series (SPI Interface) are low current consumption and wide range operational serial E2PROMs. Each series has the capacity range of 1Kbit to 1Mbit. Page write and sequential read are available.
The S-24C and S-25C Series E2Proms feature an operating voltage read of either 1.5 to 5.5V or 1.7 to 5.5V, have an operating frequency of 400kHz, an page write of 16 bytes per page, and a data retention capability of 100 years at + 25°C.
