Magnum® PRO line includes semi-automatic MIG/flux-cored guns with barrel-style or Curve(TM) handles; self-shielded flux-cored K126(TM) guns; and Thru-Arm and External Dress torches for robotic applications. All use interchangeable Copper Plus(TM) contact tips, nozzles, and diffusers with AntiSeize(TM) thread design. With Dual Procedure models, users can change welding procedures using thumb toggle switch, while Dual Schedule models let users change welding procedures by depressing gun trigger.

Lincoln Electric Extends and Enhances Magnum® PRO Semiautomatic and Robotic Gun Offering
All guns share expendable parts and offer other new, convenient features
Cleveland - Lincoln Electric's Magnum PRO® welding gun line has been extended and enhanced to add greater flexibility and convenience for fabrication owners and operators.
The Magnum® PRO product family includes semiautomatic MIG / flux-cored guns with barrel-style or Curve(TM) handles; dedicated self-shielded flux-cored K126(TM) guns; and Magnum® PRO Thru-Arm and External Dress torches for robotic applications.
Magnum® PRO guns use the same interchangeable Copper Plus(TM) contact tips, nozzles and diffusers with AntiSeize(TM) thread design, available in only two groups -- 350 amp and 550 amp ranges - reducing the need to stock multiple expendable parts for each gun model.
New Magnum® PRO additions include:
o Multiple gun cable lengths for every semiautomatic model - 10, 15, 20 and 25 feet
o Breakaway discs, mounting kits and other accessories -- Now available for Thru-Arm and External Dress robotic torch models.
o Dual Procedure models -- Allow users to easily change welding procedures using an added thumb toggle switch, even while performing a weld, to automatically adjust weld parameters like voltage or wire feed speed without making changes at the wire feeder.
o Dual Schedule models - Allow users to easily change welding procedures by depressing the gun trigger - half trigger or first position for the first or starting procedure and full trigger or second position for a second procedure.
Depending on operator preference for a toggle switch or trigger pull operation, fabricators may select the Dual Procedure or Dual Schedule models to enhance results when performing a single weld that requires a change from horizontal to vertical position, starting procedures vs. remainder of weld to achieve faster travel speeds or tack procedures vs. continuous weld procedures.
