August 13, 2010 - Designed for short run, mixed technology applications, Models ESS310 and ESS500 handle max board size of 12 x 12 in. and 19.7 x 19.7 in., respectively, while providing single point, drag, mini-wave, or dip soldering. Machines feature 100% IR preheat, 33 lb solder capacity, and spray flux system. With warm up time of approximately 45 min, systems reach max temperature of 725°F and consume 0.8-1.7 cfm nitrogen, depending on nozzle and nozzle shroud.

Min. Neighbor Component Clearance: 1.5 - 3mm (0.06" - 0.12") depending on nozzle size

Solder Pot and Pump: Lead-free, Single

Warm up Time: Approx. 45 minutes

Max Temperature: 400°C (725°F)

Consumption (Nitrogen): 0.8 - 1.7 CFM (23 - 49 litres/min) - dependent on nozzle and nozzle shroud
