July 2, 2009 - Sealed to IP67 for protection from dust and water immersion, TL52 series tactile switch has mechanical life of 100,000 cycles, min. It has contact rating of 50 mA at 12 Vdc, contact resistance of 100 mW (initial max), insulation resistance of 100 MW (min at 100 Vdc), and dielectric strength of 250 Vac. With operating temperature between -25°C and +85°C, product has force of 260 ±50 gf and 160 ±50 gf, and travel distance of 0.3 +0.2/-0.1 mm.

E-Switch's Latest Sealed Tactile Switch Has Radial Leads

MINNEAPOLIS, MN --- E-Switch introduces the latest sealed tact switch - the TL52. The TL52 series tactile switch uniquely features radial leads and is sealed to IP-67 ratings, protecting it from dust and water immersion. It also features silver contacts and two gram force actuating options.

Specifications include:

o Mechanical Life - 100,000 cycles min.

o Force - 260 +/- 50 gf; 160 +/- 50 gf

o Travel - 0.3 +0.2/-0.1 mm

o Contact Rating - 50mA @ 12 VDC

o Contact Resistance - 100 milliohms (initial max)

o Insulation Resistance - 100 Megaohms (Min. @ 100VDC)

o Dielectric Strength - 250VAC

o Operating Temperature - minus 25C to + 85C

o Bounce - 10m second max
