A range of industrial scrapers (also known as "Spud" bars in the the roofing industry) are available from GEI International, Inc.

The scrapers are of robust, all metal construction with no welds to break and will provide a life time of use in demanding commercial and industrial applications.

The design of the scrapers is such that the weight of the scraper is concentrated close to the blade to provide the most effective heavy duty scraping action. The weight of the scrapers, up to 9 pounds enables the most stubborn of deposits to be scraped away and enables the scrapers to be used as wrecking or demolition tools.

The blades of the scrapers are manufactured from the highest quality hardened and tempered spring steel for long life. The blades are not able to twist in the scraper blade holder and are secured by bolts and lock nuts for easy replacement.

"Non-Sparking" scrapers are included in the range and they are manufactured from bronze and aluminum with hardened and tempered bronze blades. These scrapers are designed for use in hazardous areas where flammable materials are present.

The seven different models feature blade lengths from 3.5" to 14" to cover the most demanding of applications. All replacement parts are available for the scrapers.
