May 6, 2002 - AC4000 Warehouse Scale weighs packages up to 150 lbs at velocities up to 550 fpm. Weigh table is virtually damage-proof, with overload protection up to 1,000 lbs. Conveyor section is supported by four 250 lb stainless steel load cells that eliminate off-center loading errors. For smaller packages, AC4000i 8120 Powered Weigh Table handles packages up to 20 in. long by 18 in. wide, up to 20 lbs at velocities to 300 fpm.

Thermo Ramsey Feature’s It’s High-Rate, In-Motion Scales at NA 2002

Minneapolis, MN - Thermo Ramsey exhibits it's full line of high-rate, in-motion scales in booth #606 at NA 2002. Equipment on display includes the AutoCheck 4000 Warehouse Scale and the AutoCheck 4000i 8120 Powered Weigh Table.

Thermo Ramsey's AC4000 Warehouse Scale is designed to provide dependable and accurate in-motion weighing of packages up to 150 pounds at velocities up to 550 fpm. Its tough and sturdy construction makes it ideally suited for demanding warehouse environments. The scale's rugged design insures reliability and maintenance-free operation. The weightable is virtually damage-proof, with overload protection up to 1,000 pounds.

The AC4000 warehouse scale's conveyor section is supported by four 250-pound stainless steel load cells that eliminate any off-center loading errors. Its 2.7" diameter rollers and high grip endless belt assure trouble-free package transfer on and off the weightable. Adjustable feet allow for easy leveling of unit, including leveling on uneven floors. Motor controls are standard and the unit comes ready to plug in and run. It is available in a wide range of standard and custom conveyor sizes.

For smaller packages, Thermo Ramsey offers the 8120 Powered Weigh Table model. It can handle packages up to 20" long by 18" wide, up to 20 pounds at velocities up to 300 fpm.
