Doran Introduces New Heavy Duty Scale Platform Line

Doran Scales, the leader in Stainless Steel Scales, now introduces the Model DMS Series Scale Base. Available in maximum capacities from 100lb to 1,000lb and base sizes of 18” x 18”, 18” x 24”, or 24” x 24”, the DMS Series Scales Bases include many features found on much higher priced scale bases.

Built for years of reliable use, the Doran DMS Mild Steel Bases are remarkably rugged. A two-part polyurethane finish provides excellent wear and abrasion protection, and the Seven Overload Stop System protects the load cell from shock and overload damage.

The design of the Doran DMS Series Scale Bases combines a rigid full frame assembly, a heavy gauge platter, and a premium load cell which result in outstanding accuracy throughout the entire capacity range. NTEP approved and legal for trade at 5,000 divisions or up to 10,000 divisions for non-commercial applications. Connect the six wire load cell output to any Doran indicator for a complete scale system.

According to Bill Podl, President and CEO of Doran Scales, Inc, “The DMS Series Scale Bases are a new benchmark for a scale platform that is extremely rugged, amazingly accurate, and priced to fit into even the tightest budget.”
