Infinitely adjustable APS-438 Air-Powered Saw and FlexTrack® system features track sections that create secure system that mounts to tank or pipe via tack welds. Gliding along track system on trolley with 4 V-grooved, stainless steel roll guides, saw is fully supported and produces square cuts within ±1/16 in. with no heat affected zone. Diamond tipped steel and fiberglass reinforced abrasive cutting blades come in 8, 10, and 12 in. dia sizes.

Saw and Track System Cuts Any Size Tank, Vessel or Pipe
An air-powered saw and flexible track system that can be assembled to fit any size storage tank, vessel, or pipe to provide perfectly square cuts with no heat affected zone is available from ESCO Tool of Medfield, MA.
The Esco APS-438 Air-Powered Saw and FlexTrack® system features track sections that fit together to create a secure system that can be mounted to any size tank or pipe from 6 ft. dia. up using tack welds. Gliding along the track system on a trolley with four "V" grooved stainless steel roll guides, the saw is fully supported to minimize fatigue and produces square and accurate cuts within ±1/16" with no heat affected zone (HAZ).
Expandable to fit any tank, the Esco FlexTrack® system is infinitely adjustable and the APS-438 Air-Powered Saw has a 3 HP motor with a rigid mounting trolley, and operates on 90 psi @ 80 CFM. Cutting blades offered include a diamond tipped steel to minimize sparks and fiberglass reinforced abrasive in 8", 10", and 12" dia. sizes. Applications include servicing tank farms and fabricators of metal tanks, vessels, and pipes.
The Esco APS-438 Saw sells for $4,995.00 (list) or can be rented and the FlexTrack® system is priced from $125.00 per ft., depending upon length.
