Suited for biopharmaceutical applications, single-use Class VI sanitary fittings (Parts 51601 to 51609) with pre-attached platinum-cured silicone gasket animal additive-free and Gamma or autoclave sterilizable. Fittings with hose barbs in sizes from ¼ to ¾ in. are available with flanges adhering to both Mini and Maxi standards. Providing aseptic environment prior to use, 3 versions are also offered in hermetically sealed, tamper-evident, PET/LLDPE pouch.

The new sanitary fittings (Part #s 51601 through 51609) from Qosina bring further labor and cost savings with the addition of a pre-attached platinum-cured silicone gasket. Qosina stocks fittings with hose barbs in sizes from ¼ inch to ¾ inch with flanges adhering to both the "Mini" and "Maxi" standards. They are Class VI, animal additive-free and Gamma or Autoclave sterilizable. Three of our fittings are also packaged in a hermetically sealed, tamper-evident, PET/LLDPE pouch providing an aseptic environment prior to use.
