Process Analyzer Sample Probe Assembly (SPA) is hot-tapped into process via isolation valve and sealed off with Conax Buffalo Packing Gland. Available in .250, .375, and .500 in. ODs, SPA is supplied with welded safety-stop collar and angled end for on-line extraction of process liquids or gases. Angled probe tip and tapered end reduce particulate entry. While supplied standard in 304 and 316 SST, SPA is also offered in Monel, Hastelloy C276, and Inconel 600.

Process Analyzer Sample Probe Assembly (SPA) with Conax Buffalo Packing Gland (PG)
Conax Buffalo announces the NEW Process Analyzer Sample Probe Assembly (SPA) for use with Conax Buffalo's Packing Gland(PG). The SPA is hot-tapped into the process through a process isolation valve and sealed off with a Conax Buffalo PG gland. The SPA is supplied with a welded safety-stop collar and angled end for on-line extraction of process liquids or gases. The SPA is available in OD of .250", .375", and .500" diameters. The SPA features an angled probe tip. When installed with the long side upstream, the tapered end reduces the particulates entering the SPA by fifty percent to reduce the amount of particulates entering the process analyzer filter.
The SPA is used by refineries and chemical plants, analyzer OEMs, and integrators. The Conax Buffalo SPA comes standard in 304 and 316 SST and is available in Monel, Hastelloy C276 and Inconel 600.
